FireIce Forward is a national initiative of FireIce Frogs, bringing heat and cold exposure to the places where our nation’s heroes need it most.
We install these tools—cold tubs, saunas, and full recovery setups—at no cost to the people who use them. Because for many of our warriors, stepping into the cold is the first step back to themselves.

Too many veterans, service members, and first responders return home carrying pain that doesn’t show. Pain that can’t be fixed with prescriptions or words.

How It Works

Fire Ice Forward partners with gyms, wellness centers, and trusted communities around the country to stage cold tubs and saunas where they’ll have the most impact.
We cover the cost. They provide the space. And you can help keep this going.
